Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange process. The new item will be shipped once we receive the returned item.
Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us immediately with evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
