Classes taught by professionals, the atmosphere created during sessions drives you to work harder. Great gym with very supportive team. People of any age can train there I think I even seen a 4 year old training there. Darien is always nice and freindly with everyone and is great with youth fighters and same with lucas. All the trainers have been extremely kind and supportive but disciplining at the same time. And it's always been more than a gym. It's a community of kind fighters who all support eachother.
Highly recomended. Im 53 and have been training here for around 2 months, Lucas and co run a great gym...catering for all levels, ages and various combat styles. The knowledge imparted by all the coaches and other members of the gym, the atmosphere of the centre is all very thorough and real, looking forward to many years of learning.
